Striking Black and White Quilts

My friend Jean, an avid quilter, recently shared a photo of a quilt she made.

Beautiful! Black and white is so striking!

Seeing it reminded me that I had some black and white fabric somewhere in a bin...

Together with fabric, I found an unfinished quilt as well!

I pulled it out and laid the pieces on a bed.

Then I brought up a photo of another black and white quilt that had caught my eye on Pinterest.

What to do? To finish the quilt I abandoned four years ago?!

To make a quilt like Jean's?!

Or to make a two-color "Bento Box" quilt like the one on Pinterest?

(Hmmm. I wonder if I could make all three!)
